Contract of Submission
I, (slave's name), hereinafter referred to as "girl", agree to submit to The RebelGent, hereinafter referred to as "Master". The girl understands that her submission is voluntary and includes sexual submission, bondage and discipline subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
The following are the rights of the girl:
Rights
A. The girl has the right to expect her Master to love, cherish and safeguard her well-being during the period of this contract.
B. The girl has the right to privacy. She will not be required to exhibit her submissiveness unless she has given full and knowledgeable consent to her Master.
Her family, friends, business associates and anyone else that she chooses will not be made aware of this contract or its contents.
The girl reserves the right to decide who may be made aware of this contract or her submission to her Master.
C. The girl has the right to expect her Master to be knowledgeable in the Dominant/submissive lifestyle and to ensure her safety and well-being while participating in any physical activity.
The girl has the right to refuse to participate in any activity which she feels will cause her harm, jeopardize her safety or cause her emotional stress.
The girl has the right to discuss, reject or modify all scenarios with her Master prior to implementation.
D. The girl has the right to expect that the requirements of her Master will take into consideration her lifestyle and her business situation and adjust to them accordingly.
E. The girl has a right to ask for an adjustment or modification to the terms of this contract at any time.
F. The girl has a right to cancel this contract at any time with a simple notification to the Master.
G. The girl has to right to expect her Master to both know her, who she is and has always been, and to respect these facets of her personality and not to require her to do or become anything which would make her uncomfortable or in any way
interfere with those facets of her personality.
Terms
The girl agrees to the following terms of this contract provided they do not conflict with any of the rights enumerated above:
A. The girl must always address (Me) as "Master" unless otherwise specified, except in situations where use of this term would violate the section regarding "privacy" unless she agrees beforehand to do so.
B. The girl must always be "in uniform" when in her Master's presence:
The daily uniform will be: a. black slave collar with leash attached, b. silk nightgown with hose to accommodate cold weather, c. slippers: flats or heels may be required at certain times.
The public uniform will be: a. black necklace and b. leather bracelet (The public uniform must be worn at all times regardless of her Master's presence but the daily uniform is only to be worn when in private situations with her Master unless someone else is present.)
C. The girl must keep her pubic area completely shaven at all times unless this shaving causes irritation to the sensitive skin in this area and no alternative method of removing hair can be found which is as effective.
D. The girl must provide ready access to her breasts and genitals at all times when in private situations with her Master.
Panties and bra are permitted in social situations only; in private situations with her Master, they are not to be worn.
Legs must be kept open at all times except for those times when this position will allow others a view of that which only Master should see.
E. The girl must provide sexual services upon demand.
F. The girl must submit to discipline as required by the Master either as a form of punishment or to further her training only after being given an opportunity to explain or discuss the reason for her disobedience.
Discipline will be limited to: Denial of orgasm
Spanking (hand or brush)
Whipping (riding crop, cat of nine tails)
Standing or sitting in a corner
Bondage
Any combination of the above
The girl will be given three code words and allowed to use same during disciplinary actions. Her Master will ask her what color the traffic light is.
She will respond in one of three ways:
Red light - stop immediately
Yellow light - has reached her limit but wishes to continue,
Green Light - continue.
Her response will determine further actions by her Master.
G. The girl must maintain a submissive demeanor at all times when in private settings with her Master. Social settings will not require this same demeanor but may be shown if not noticeable by anyone present.
H. The girl must first ask permission of her Master prior to masturbating or reaching an orgasm.
I. The girl must employ a certain amount of previously agreed upon makeup (i.e. foundation, lipstick, etc.) for special occasions provided makeup can be found that is hypo-allergenic and comfortable for the girl to wear. If none can be found, none will be required.
J. The girl may be required to wear red polish on her fingernails and toes at certain times. The girl will be given ample notice as to when these occasions will occur so she can properly prepare herself.
K. The girl will submit to a 4 week training program (described later in this contract).
L. The girl will be allowed to submit scenarios to her Master for implementation on a mutually agreed upon time schedule.
M. The girl will maintain a diary of her submission describing her training, and her feelings (both good and bad) each day for the length of this contract. The girl will keep this diary on a 3.5" diskette labeled "girlsDiary". This diskette must be made available , at all times, to her Master upon command.
Rules Governing Time In and Time Out
Definition of Time In: "Time In" refers to the period of time the girl is subject to terms and conditions of this contract. Time In is to be considered in effect at all times when the girl is in the Master's presence or communicating with him in any way.
Definition of Time Out: "Time Out" refers to specific periods of time when the girl is not subject to the terms and conditions of this contract. The following rules apply to this period:
Master may call a "Time Out" any time he chooses. (This "time out" can be for a specific period of time or open-ended.) The girl may request a "Time Out" for a specific period of time only. The girl must state her reasons and the time period for the request and await her Master's permission.
"Time Out" cannot be assumed by the girl except under specific circumstances outlined below:
* The girl's Master has given her an opened ended "Time Out". (Open-ended "Times Out" never extend beyond a 24 hour period.)
* The girl is starting her period and has notified her Master.
* The girl is meeting her Master in a public place or is with family, friends or business associates of either the girl or her Master.
Having read and understood this contract, the Master and slave sign this contract freely and without reservation. The term of this contract is for 91 days from the date of signing.
