SLAVE TRAINING CONTRACT
This Agreement, dated as of _________________________, 20___, is between
______________________________ and _______________________________,
(the "Trainers"), _____________________________,(the "Slut" and/or "Trainee")
and _____________________________________________, (the "Owner").
INTENT AND SCOPE
The Intent of this Agreement is for the Trainee and theOwner to publicly express their Full Mutual Consent to the activities detailedbelow. This Agreement is a binding Moral and Ethical Agreement which hasthe primary purpose of fostering mutual understanding and communication between both the Owner and Slut as a unit and all parties hereto (the "Parties").
The secondary intent of this Agreement is ceremonial. It will be used as a symbolic declaration between the Parties of the new status of the Trainee and map future expansion of her relationship with her Owner,and clearly define their new roles.
This document will be used in a"Transfer of Ownership Ceremony" or Graduation" to take place upon completion of Training. A highly detailed, permanent Master/Slave Contract will bedeveloped by the Parties during the term of this Agreement. That Contract will only supercede the Agreement after its expiration.
R E C I T A L S
A. The Trainers are experienced in the training of submissives and have no emotional attachment, nor will they in the future have any emotional attachment to the Trainee.
B. The Trainee has no emotional attachment nor will she in the future develop any emotional attachment to the Trainers. The Trainee's sole purpose in contacting the Trainers is to receive professional instructionon the proper behavior of slaves. The Trainee has sought the services of the Trainers of her own free will and to fulfill her own needs.
The Trainee acknowledges that there are two distinct sides to her personality, her "Nun" and her""Slut"side. When in Nun mode she would not bow, cower to, beg or serve anyone.When she is in Slut mode she desires domination by her Master and needs to serve him.
The Trainee freely admits her Slut person as is shamelessly exhibitionistic and masochistic, in the generally accepted senses of those terms, and requests that these perverse tendencies are ruthlessly exploited.
The Trainee acknowledges that her purpose in entering into this Agreement is twofold:
1. To learn the limits of her Slut side
2. To please her Master.
Due to her belief that Training may cause resentment, she has sought the professional services of The Trainers. The Trainee expects that her Master will thus reap the rewards of her Training, but not see any negative effects that may stem from certain facets of the Training.Any resentment (which she understands is a common and natural result of the training of submissives, since extensive and painful punishment, unwelcome confinement and restaint, rough and prolonged sexual abuse, mockery and personal insults, vulgar behavior and gross humiliation are inevitable componentsof proper training) will be borne by the Trainers.
The Trainee is a Slave in the making. She has no wish for domination, in the future, by anyone other than her Master or any person (s)he designates. During the Training period, she will be dominated by theTrainers and/or any person(s) they designate, but only in the presence of the Trainers or under their close supervision.
C. The Master understands the reasons for the drafting of this Agreement.
Since the Trainee agrees to be Trained, and is eager to begin, and
Since the Trainers have agreed to Train her, and swear to be unyielding in their pursuit of dominating her and
Since the Master agrees with the reasons and purposes forthe Training,
Accordingly, the Parties solemnly agree as follows:
A G R E E M E N T
1. Training Period.
(a) Basic Term. The Master and Trainee request theTrainers' assistance and the Trainers agree to assist the Master and Trainee.The "Training Period" shall begin on ____________________________,20___.
The end of the Training Period (the "Term Date")shall be dependent upon the time available for the Training. The Trainersestablish, due to their prior experience, that the Training shall be completed and the Term Date shall be the date which is no less than _twentyfour__ (24) months from _______________________ 20___ (or ____________________________,20___),or (ii) the date which is no more than _sixty__(60) months from ____________________________,20___ (or ____________________________, 20___). In no way shall the TermDate rely on any other criteria than the Trainee's proficiency in her roleand her availability for training.
The time required to achieve this goal shall be determinedby the availability of both the Trainers and the Trainee. All Parties to the agreement recognize that it is extremely unlikely that the Trainee can reach the desired level of proficiency without submitting to a minimum ofTwo Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) hours under the complete control of TheTrainers. An amount quadruple this, or Ten Thousand (10,000) hours is amore realistic expectation. Due to daily life scheduling issues, the Parties realize that there may be extended periods of time during which schedules may not allow for a suitable training session. In these cases the Partiesagree that a temporary "suspension" of training is called with an agreed-to resumption date. Any temporary suspension may affect the expected graduation date.
(b) Graduation. At the time that the Trainers determine that the Trainee has successfully completed her Training, the Trainers will notify the Master in writing. At that time arrangements will be made fora mutually acceptable day, time and place for an official ceremony in which the Master shall receive the ownership of the Trainee (thenceforth to benamed the "Slave"). This ceremony shall be formal and semi-public,along the lines of a marriage ceremony, with the following important and non-negotiable features: (i) an invited audience of at least One Hundred(100) guests personally known to her and up to One Hundred Fifty (150) paying guests or invitees of the Trainers, (ii) The Trainers will escort the Traineeand present (or return) her to the custody of her Master, (iii) The Traineewill be completely naked except for suitable physical restraints before,throughout and after the ceremony, (iv) a formal contract of Slavery will be signed, after the Trainee has publicly recited its principal clauses and sworn her obedience, (v) The Slave will masturbate to orgasm in front of the audience, (vi) The Slave will be whipped from the site of the ceremony by her 'bridesmaids' and will reward them by retrieving her diaphragm (rather than a garter) and throwing it to them, and (vii) The Trainee (or Slave) will be made available, in suitable restraints, for further intimate inspection after the ceremony. This event shall be the end of the Training relationship(to be known as the "Graduation").
(c) Progress Reports. The Trainers discourage attempts by the Master to question the Trainee's progress or the details of the Training. The Trainers will supply the Master with aprogress report every _two_ (2) months on or about the __15th__ of the month.The progress reports will not be specific in nature nor will they prematurely predict when the Trainee will Graduate.
2. Duties, Responsibilities.
a. The Trainers hereby agree to provide and perform for the Trainee the Training she requires to become a quality Slave for herMaster. They undertake to be unsentimental and contemptuous, brutal and merciless in their handling of the Trainee, and relentless and far-rangingin their pursuit of the goal of achieving her total submission. The Trainee shall devote her best efforts to the Training. Notwithstanding this, TheTrainers in no way wish nor intend to harm the Trainee and shall, to thebest of their ability (see Section 2.e.) and barring bona fide accidentaloccurrences, insure no permanent harm comes to Trainee.
b. The Master agrees not to question the Trainee or Trainers as to the details of the Training sessions. The Master agrees to refrain from requesting demonstrations from Trainee prior to the Graduation Date.To insure proper Training the Master agrees to refrain from sexual play involving submissiveness of the Trainee (so as to avoid the possibilityof damaging the Training and/or their chaste relationship).
The Master also agrees to be supportive of the Slave's goals and dedication to the Training. In addition, he will be there to remind the Trainee of her purposes and the future benefits they both expect from the Training. However, the primary commitment to the Training must come from her. The Master is not intended to force or coerce the Trainee: she must continue the Training to a successful conclusion of her own free will.
c. Pursuant to her goals for both herself and her Master,the Trainee agrees to fully submit to be Trained and acknowledges a deep commitment and dedication to the Training program. The Trainee agrees that her role is to trust and totally obey the Trainers. There fore she agrees not to question the Trainers' instructions, no matter how shocking, terrifying or distasteful she regards them. She agrees to devote her best efforts physically,emotionally and mentally to obeying their wishes. She agrees to not avoidher Training sessions. She also agrees to accommodate, to the best of her abilities, the Trainers' schedule.
d. Both the Trainee and the Master agree to be totally honest and open with each other regarding fears or concerns stemming from the Training, including those involving emotions or insecurities about the commitment to their regular relationship. At no time now or in the future shall the Training be used as a means to harm the other nor as an emotional weapon or justification for inappropriate 'real world' behavior.
e. All Parties understand, accept and agree that as a necessary part of the Training the Trainee will be required to perform, cooperate and participate in a huge variety of shameful acts and activities, far beyond the daily experience of ordinary women, and completely transcending her own previous experiences as a submissive person.
These will include, but not be limited to: sexual exploitation, pain acceptance and humiliation acceptance. If the Trainee has restated her bisexuality, heterosexual AND homosexual acts will be included. Pain will be inflicted on the Trainee by a variety of means and for a variety of purposes including punishment as well as sensitization or education. Humiliation and degradation of the Trainee will be used to help instill the Trainee with the proper attitude towards her betters including her Master (after graduation).
Pursuant to Section 2.a. it is agreed that condoms will be used as appropriate (such as during intercourse involving the Trainee).In addition, a good faith effort will be made to avoid excessive marking, bruising or laceration of the Trainee's skin. However, it is clearly understood by all the Parties that there are many occasions where bruising or other temporary marks are unavoidable, or actually necessary. The Trainee recognizes that she must abandon her fears and prejudices, and be willing to bleed for the good of her relationship.
The Trainee states here that she is capable of lesbian desires, confirms that has experienced bisexual use_______ (init.). and willingly consents to unrestricted heterosexual and homosexual penetration of her vagina, rectum and mouth, and other such use as is required to trainher in sexual submissiveness_________ (init.). She seeks, without restriction, the opportunity to perform fellatio, cunnilingus or anilingus according to her Trainers' requirements._______(init.)
The Trainee states here that she is aware that physical pain will be inflicted on her for lengthy periods and recognizes that all her protests and pleas will be ignored __________ (init.)
Specifically, the Trainee recognizes and joyfully accepts that she will be regularly, extensively and vigorously beaten on her bareskin with any or all of the following instruments of flagellation: whips,riding crops, canes, straps, birches or any other implement regarded as suitable for the purpose by the Trainers__________(init.)
Further, the Trainee recognizes that such treatment, or other torment, may be applied without restriction to any part of her body,not excluding her genitals, breasts and buttocks. Further, she joyfully accepts that her Training must involve her submitting to cruel and unusual punishments that might be construed by others, less enlightened and less adventurous than she, as "torture".________(init.)
To encourage her compliance, the Trainee welcomes the extensive use of gags and bondage apparatus, with which she is already familiar _____________(init.)
The Trainee states here that she is fully aware that her humiliation and degradation is absolutely required, and recognizes that she will regularly be required to exhibit herself completely naked in the presence of others, male and female, including complete strangers, in places both private and public. ____________(init.). If challenged or questioned, she will reply with her full and correct name and disclose any other personal information requested, and correctly describe herself as a slut or traineeslave.__________(init.)
The Trainee requests that key aspects of her training be photographed and videotaped, with a particular emphasis on recording especially humiliating, degrading, painful, disgusting, or ridiculous activities. These records must allow her to be identified: no hoods or masks will be worn during filming. The finished film will be transferred to the possession of the Master in order that she can be embarrassed or humiliated by the mat any time in the future.__________ (init.)
The Trainee is eager to learn how to give sexual satisfaction with her sluttish mouth, and begs the Trainers to make extensive use ofher willingness to suck and lick without restraint, both their own bodies and those of Third parties recruited or invited for the purpose.__________(init.) The Trainee expects to swallow semen, vaginal fluids and sweat,and promises to refrain from prudish comments or prissy protests about the personal hygiene of her partners______ (init.).
In order that suitable documentation of training can be kept, and useful data collected for adjusting (in the sense of intensifying) the training regime, the Trainers will keep a detailed Logbook of each trainingsession, capturing at a minimum the following information:
(i) start/finish times
(ii) location
(iii) physical punishment administered [number of strokes,implements used, target areas, etc.] and restraints used, positions assumed
(iv) description of any sexual use or penetration [duration,implement, etc.]
(v) her reactions [number of orgasms, observations on degreeof lubrication, an assessment of her level of anxiety, pain, etc.] Trainers'comments on her physical state, odor, lubrication, tightness, etc.
(vi) serial numbers of any videotapes, films, etc., takenat the scene for archival purposes
(vii) listing of any comments, disclosures,confessions or other incriminating or useful information about her fantasies,previous sexual partners, etc.
The Trainers and Trainee will sign the Logbook entry on each occasion to indicate its authenticity.
f. The Trainee understands that she will have homework assigned to her which will include, but not be limited to, reading material, written assignments and shopping requirements. The Master may be advised by the Trainers of such homework "outings." The Master is notto participate in the homework, and it is the responsiblity of the Trainee to complete the homework with minimal impact on her 'real life' relationship.
g. The Trainee agrees that she will not modify her body in any manner without the prior approval of both the Master and the Trainers.This includes any piercings, tattoos, markings, brandings, or drastic changes in hair style. She will shave and wax. Her genital regions will be kept clean-shaven at all times. The Trainee and/or the Master have mentioned the possibility of piercing her nipples and/or genitals, and a schedule for this will be discussed by the Trainers and the Master. They will inform the Trainee of their decisions at a later date.
An interest in nipple, labial, clitoral and other bodypiercings has been mentioned by the Trainee______________ (init.) and permissionto mark her at will with multiple rings without further bargaining is hereby granted _____________ (init.)
An interest in being intimately tattooed has been indicatedby the Trainee ______________ (init.) and permission to thus mark her atwill is hereby granted _____________ (init.)
An interest in being branded with a red hot iron has been mentioned b ythe Trainee ______________ (init.) and permission to thus markher at will without further discussion is hereby granted _____________ (init.)
h. All Parties hereto understand and agree to overnightor weekend-long training sessions, and to the training sessions taking placein a variety of locations both local and distant. The Trainers shall consultwith the Master and Trainee prior to any such event and the Trainers shall inform the Trainee of the dates, times and travel schedule. It is agreed that the Master has veto power over such plans.
3. Compensation, Expenses.
(a) Compensation. The Trainers do not request monetary compensation for their services. Compensation shall be derived from the knowledge of having assisted the Master and the Trainee, and from their personal pleasure in Training.

The Trainers have requested and shall receive as compensationfor value given to the Trainee:
Her entire wardrobe of underwear; "as is" and unwashed after use _______(init.)
(b) Expenses. The Trainee shall reimburse the Trainers for any reasonable expenses incurred by the Trainers for purchases relatingto the Training. These include specialized straps, harnesses, chains, handcuffs and masks; equipment that for hygienic reasons should not be reused on thirdparties (gags, nipple and labial clips, dildos, vibrators, plugs, catheters,enema nozzles, certain whips, birches, etc); and "bondage slut" clothing items that are specifically sized to her requirements. The Trainee shall be allowed to keep those items purchased after Graduation.
The Trainers agree to ensure, to the best of their abilities, moderate expenditures. The Trainers also understand the need of the Traineeto discuss expenditures with the Master in advance.
(c) Facilities. The Trainers will make extensiveuse of their own facilities for Training, at no cost to the Trainee. These include: (i) their city apartment (ii) his doctors' office (iii) her loftart studio (iv) their country house (including the basement "torturechamber") (v) the beach house (vi) the ski lodge. The Trainers warrantthat they already possess the following necessary items at one or more locations:(i) a rack (ii) torture tables (iii) whipping frames of various verticaland horizontal configurations (iv) spanking stool (v) pillory/stocks [includingoutdoor location] (vi) cages (vii) hoist/suspension apparatus (viii) gynecologicalexam facility (ix) full restraint straightjacket (x) full photographic facilities.When other premises are required for hire, or specialized apparatus mustbe rented, costs will be discussed prior to implementation. Transportationto out-of-town facilities will largely take place under the supervisionof, and at the expense, of the Trainers: the Trainee undertakes to travelnaked whenever practicable.
4. Early Termination. The Parties hereto may terminate this Agreement, prior to the Term Date ("Early Termination").However, the terminating Party must acknowledge the responsibility of the termination. In no way shall the Training be used as a weapon to inflict hurt on any Party nor shall the Training itself be used as a reason or justification for the early termination. In addition, the terminating Party is himself or herself required to inform the other Parties to the Agreement that he or she is terminating the Agreement and the reason(s) why.
4b. To prevent frivolous termination, each partyto this agreement -- Trainee, Master and (collectively) The Trainers --will post a cash bond of $10,000 in an escrow account with a bank nominatedby one of the witnesses to the signing. The terminating party forfeits thisbond.
5. Mutual Release. (a) Mutual Release. As to thoserights and obligations of the Parties expressly established in this Agreementthe Parties hereto, release and forever discharge and hold harmless eachother from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits,debts, liens, contracts, liabilities, agreements, costs, expenses or lossesof any type, whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which the Partieshad, now have, or may hereafter have by reason of this Agreement.
6. Assignment. The Trainers agree that they willnot assign or delegate or otherwise dispose of the Training obligationsunder this Agreement to any other person, except as covenanted herein.
7. Confidentiality. (a) The Trainers agree not touse any photographs or recordings (either audio or video) of the Traineeor her Training sessions for any use other than Training without the permissionof the Trainee. The Trainers shall not distribute in any manner any photographsor recordings without prior consent from both the Trainee and Master. Allparties agree to keep confidential the activities resulting from this Trainingagreement as well as the identities of the parties from any persons notinvolved in the Training.
(b.) Recognizing the above limitation to be true, but alsoseeking to compromise with the conflicting reality that that the Traineeis a shameless exhibitionist as previously defined, The Trainee andMaster agree to not capriciously withhold the right to show images of herto interested parties, provided that any revenues from such displays, salesor publications be shared with her on a strictly 50:50 basis. Her interestin restricting distribution is strictly commercial and not motivated byany forbidden trait of prudishness.
8. Interested, Non-Active Party. The Master shalloperate at all times as an interested but non-active Party to this Agreement.He is in no way considered an agent of the Trainers. This Agreement doesnot authorize the Master nor the Trainers to act for the other as its agentor to make commitments on behalf of the other. On those occasions when theMaster's presence is required, the Trainers shall contact the Master tomake the necessary arrangements.
9. Non-Training Meetings. From time to time, asthe need arises, the Trainers will contact the Master or the Trainee toarrange for other meetings to discuss various items. These meetings shallbe with the Nun side of the Trainee's persona unless otherwise specified.These may include meetings with Third Parties who may subsequently be invitedto participate in Training, with doctors or gynecological staff, with equipmentvendors or tailoring staff, with archivists for the film footage, legalstaff drafting the successor Slave contract, etc., and may require her nudity.
The Parties have duly executed this Agreementas of the date first written above.
Prior to signature of this Agreement, the Trainee further attests to her eagerness to proceed. In that regard, she has surrendered all items of her clothing, including outerwear, footwear, jewellery andunderwear, and in voluntary demonstration of her acceptance has kissed thefeet of all the undersigned parties, anticipating that her Training will begin immediately following what ever physical inspection and photographic procedure is required, a demonstration of her willingness to be degradedby her masturbating publicly, and the fitting of restraints. _____________(Trainee's Init.)
