AGREEMENT TO ESTABLISHING

OWNERSHIP OF SLAVE

 

I. PURPOSE AND DURATION.

A. This Agreement establishes a power exchange relationship between Master..................... and slave                    , started on the ....th of................ and rectified on the.. during the Collaring Ceremony and the signing of this Agreement. The Agreement makes sandi the sole property of Master ............., her Master.

B. This Agreement is of indefinite duration, only to be ended if one of both parties feels that the basis of this Agreement, an intense emotion of Love is no longer present.

 

II. AMENDMENTS.

A. This Agreement is amendable at any time with the mutual consent of both parties.

B. All amendments to this Agreement are to be in writing and signed by both parties, and are to be attached hereto and always kept intact with this Agreement.

 

III. SLAVE'S AFFIRMATIONS AND COMMITMENTS.

A. I, slave ........, being of sound mind and body, and while in full possession of my faculties of critical thinking, and while not under duress of any sort to enter into this Agreement, do swear and affirm that I am willingly giving myself into a state of slavery to Master.................., 'my Master'. My signature below signifies my full acceptance of and participation in this Agreement, and the commencement of our Master-slave relationship on the above date.

B. To implement my being owned by my Master i specifically affirm:

1. i hereby affirm before all men and women His Right to control my life, body and soul for my well-being, His Pleasure, and to prepare me for true life Service to Him limited only by the obligations I have to others and my need to deal with the existence of life apart from Him.

2. i promise to use the safewords He gave to me, 'pauze and 'stop', whenever the use is necessary. Especially, for i'm far away from Him and realize the difficulties of monitoring by instant emotions, i promise not to proceed with any rt exercise that could harm me emotionally or physically. i will report this to 'my Master', but will never be punished for it.

3. i will live according to His Rules

4. i will strive to follow His Orders.

5. I will not lie or conceal anything of importance from Him, since I wish Him to know everything about me.

6. I will always be humble before Him, be thankful for His Mastery, knowing that He will always listen to me and do His best to care for me as my Master.

7. I will accept His Corrections and Punishments as being intended for my own good and for furthering my submission to Him.

8. I will always proudly say I Belong to Him, since I know that He takes great pleasure in Owning me. As prove of that i will wear His collar at all times.

 

IV. MASTER'S AFFIRMATIONS AND COMMITMENTS.

A. I, Master ................, being of sound mind and body, and while in full possession of my faculties of critical thinking, and while not under duress of any sort to enter into this Agreement, do swear and affirm that I am taking sandi into a state of voluntary slavery to me. My signature below signifies my full acceptance of and participation in this Agreement, and the commencement of our Master-slave relationship on the above date.

B. To implement My ownership of this slave I specifically affirm:

1. I hereby affirm before all men and women My Right to control her life for her well-being, My Pleasure, and to prepare her for true life Service to Me, limited only by the obligations she has to others and the existence of life apart from me.

2. I will provide insofar as possible the Masterly direction and emotional support My slave needs, and I will strive to enrich her life through My Mastery.

3. I will establish a clear set of Rules for My slave and I shall enforce them in a firm but responsible manner.

4. I will recognize no limitation with respect to My Rules except insofar as I allow while taking account of the problems posed by life and society. While she is at great distance, I recognize that My goals must necessarily be restricted, and as she is without My close personal supervision, I must allow her a great deal of flexibility in attempting to implement them and live within them.

5. I will use My slave's body as I wish, being only limited by My responsibility not to damage her essential being physically or mentally.

6. I will undertake to train My slave and guide her toward a state of loving submission, complete obedience, and true slavery to Me which I know that she will never be able to attain.

7. I will be a Responsible Master by listening to My slave to understand her needs, teaching her and disciplining her to mold her properly, and binding her to Me through My Love and My Desire.

8. I will always treat My slave honorably, as I wish her submission to Me to be based on her own Pride and Honor in being My slave.

 

The rules , stated in addendum, are an integral part of this Agreement
